Anna Oppenheim serves as the President of VIIAA, is the Supervising Lead Consultant with TNG, LLC, and is a member of the Advisory Board of ATIXA. She advises organizations on ongoing civil rights investigations and assists in navigating reports of complex employee misconduct. She often consults on employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and pay equity. Anna is also responsible for drafting policies and processes on a wide range of matters relating to civil rights based discrimination and harassment, and works with organizations to ensure successful implementation of these policies.
Prior to joining TNG, LLC, Anna worked as a civil rights attorney at a boutique plaintiff’s employment discrimination firm in Center City, Philadelphia, where she focused on advising current employees on issues involving sexual harassment and other types of sex discrimination. Anna also served as an investigator for the Office of the Inspector General in Philadelphia, where she specialized in matters involving sexual misconduct by government employees. Anna has experience conducting mediations and other forms of alternate dispute resolution, and has developed and presented seminars and trainings related to employment best practices, ethical obstacles in the workplace, and gender and diversity issues, both in the United States and internationally.
A Philadelphia native, Anna received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University and her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
